emeraldashborer

The dreaded Emerald Ash Borer is in our community and thousands of ash trees are now under threat. The damage has been devastating, killing true ash trees all across America. If you want to save the tree, you have to act quickly. What can you do?

Pam Zipse, Outreach Coordinator of the Rutgers Urban Forestry Program of the NJ Agricultural Experiment Station and Nicholas Polanin, Somerset County Agent, will walk you through your options, including a mechanism for evaluating the costs of treatment versus removal.
